Bronx Low-line

Bronx Low-line: is a design proposal for an abandoned railroad line called the Port Morris Branch Line, known locally as the Bronx Swamp. The railroad crosses the communities of Melrose, Morrisania, Mott Haven and Port Morris and extends about 2 miles.

The proposal seeks to revitalize this urban space into a green corridor for increased connectivity and accessibility within these communities, increase green space and to promote alternative modes of transportation while building a site of touristic value.
